What is Spinner Program?
The Spinner program brings the startup and technology business community to the regions –
all those hot inspirational evenings, hackathons and cool startuppers coming to your town
and school! The program provides young people with the knowledge of the modern business world, the
opportunity to do your own business and the experience of working in the Estonian top
technology and startups. Through the development of digital skills, the promotion of
teamwork, Spinner encourages the emergence of local digital communities and helps to
make informed career choices.

WHOM?
For young people aged 16-19 who live and study in the regions of Estonia, outside Tallinn and Tartu.

WHY?
Because it is: inspirational program, entrepreneurship study program, motivational program, career counseling program, integration program and digital skills development program.
The Spinner Program is also suitable for schools to implement a syllabus for entrepreneurship education and supports an entrepreneurial school on this journey.

In the 2018/2019 academic year, the focus area is Ida-Viru County. We run the SpinnerTECH program in cooperation with Jõhvi State Gymnasium and Ida-Viru County Vocational Education Center, the SpinnerLINGUA program with Narva Language Lyceum. The programs have been supported by the Innove Edu & Action Foundation sub-program, StartupEstonia and Integration Foundation, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Estonia and the Narva City Government.

Spinner TECH
Enterprise and Digital Skills startup program for 16-19 year olds who study or work outside Tallinn and Tartu.
Spinner LINGUA
The Entrepreneurship and Language Learning Program, which focuses on 3 important topics through practical activities and language practice: responsible entrepreneurship, people management and design thinking.
Spinner Coach
A program for teachers that gives an insight into the everyday life of Estonian technology companies to better prepare young people for future work and to associate different subjects with the skills to make smart and informed career choices.
